2016.09.04 D'Arcy's 66th Birthday

We both planed a lovely evening starting with the Old Spaghetti Factory, a family-friendly chain eatery featuring traditional Italian entrees amid turn-of-the-century decor. We wanted to have a few more drinks along with our meal of D'Arcy's Steak and my Marcotte served by our wonderful server Matthew which took very good care of us. There was some wait to get in but it was all worth the wait. We didn't drive so we called an Uber.

When we were ready to leave we called another Uber but he must have got to a different address so we walked to our first jam it was not to far which was The Antler Room where D'Arcy played his Bass.

Then another Uber to get to Grossman’s Tavern is one of the city’s longest-running live music venues, and the self-described “Toronto's Home of the Blues”. Rock, folk, roots and jazz acts are also at home here. D'Arcy played his Bass And Harps.

Then another Uber to go home but while we went into the house we noticed D'Arcy's cell phone was left in the car so D'Arcy called the car and he said after her passenger is dropped he will bring the cell back to us.

We enjoyed the evening even with all the running around. Now D'Arcy has caught up to me we are both 66 years young. I am 6 months older then him but age is just a number, right?
