Appel och Kaffekaka (apple coffee cake)

Ingredients
	2 cups unsifted flour
	1½ cups sugar
	2 tsp. cinnamon
	2 tsp. baking soda
	1 tsp. salt
	½ cup oil
	2 eggs, beaten
	¼ cup brewed Gevalia Kaffe (or dark brewed coffee)
	1½ tsp. vanilla
	2½ cups sliced peeled apples
	1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions:  Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Stir in
wet ingredients and blend.  Then stir in apples and nuts.  Pour into
a greased and floured 9-inch tube pan.  Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes
or until cake tester comes out clean.  Cool 10 minutes, remove, serve
warm or coll sprinkled with confectioners sugar.

Again, I haven't made this recipe so I don't know how it would come
out, and I don't know if replacing the Gevalia coffee with regular
coffee would change the taste of it.
