Tofu Loaf

l lb tofu, drained and crumbled
l l/4 cups cooked brown rice
1-2 slices whole grain bread, crumbled
l/3 cup chopped walnuts (or more)
l/3 cup raw sunflower seeds chopped softened in water
	(i use pine nuts and do not chop or soak)
l/2 cup nutritional yeast
3 TBS any good vege oil
l/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
l TBS lecithin granules (i leave out as i don't have)
l TBS chopped parsley (or more)
l l/2 tsp sage
l/4 tsp celery seeds
GARLIC (i use crushed in a jar, but any type and a LOT will do just fine)
paprika

combine all ingredients except paprika and mix thoroughly.  put in a greased
loaf pan.  sprinkle with paprika.  bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
serve plain, with your favorite gravy, ketchup, marinara sauce, etc.

i have surprised a lot of flesh eaters with this one, they are usually very
surprised at how good it is.
