Zucchini Pizza Crust

3 cups grated zucchini (medium grater)
3 medium eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt.

Press excess liquid from zucchini and place in a mixing bowl.  Combine
well with eggs, flour and salt.  Spread evenly over a well-greased 9/12
inch baking sheet or a 12-in pizza pan.  Bake for eight minutes at 450
deg. F. to firm.  Remove from oven and top with pizza sauce and toppings
of your choice.  Return to a 350 deg F. oven and bake until sauce is
bubbly and cheese is melted (12 - 15 minutes)  Serves four to five.
